Document Preparation for New Student, UUM

For Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) New Students A111, you should prepare some document before go to UUM.

Original Documents

Official offer letter or printed from the website http://www.uum.edu.my/kemasukan

1. Four (4) passport size photographs
2. Students biodata information form
3. BIMB bill payment slip (as proof of payment)
4. NRIC / identification card
5. Birth certificate
6. SPM certificate / SPMV / equivalent (for candidates of all programs)
7. STPM certificate / equivalent (if applicable)
8. STAM certificate / equivalent (if applicable)
9. Transcript matriculation / diploma (if applicable)
10. MUET result
11. Other relevant documents

If you lost the SPM certificate / SPMV, then you need to get a copy issued by the Malaysian Examinations Syndicate (Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia), STPM / MUET STAM and should obtain a copy issued by the Malaysian Examinations Council (Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia), while the transcript of Diploma / Matriculation get from your own institutions. If not, you are not allowed to register.

5. Copy of MUET Result
6. Copy of school leaving certificate
7. Copy of co-curricular activities certificate

All copy must be signed and stamped prior confirmation by the Government Officials of the Kumpulan Pengurusan Profesional (Kumpulan A) / Penghulu / Ketua Kampung / Pengerusi JKKK.
Note: Ready about 6 to 7 copies of documents is enough.
